Bug fixes
Here's what bug fixes this release includes:
Context visibility pass conditions
Fixed an issue where the context visibility pass conditions on elements were not working as expected.
Imported colors missing from color picker
Fixed an issue where in certain cases, imported colors where missing from the color picker list, but available on the website settings color page.
Incorrect file references causing Sync import issues
Fixed an issue where in certain cases, Sync import was failing when the export contained incorrect file references.
This includes incorrect references to default images on components.
Invalid twig template
Fixed an issue where adding a Drupal field element to a layout canvas and leaving the field set to "None", produced an invalid twig template.
PHP notice "Indirect modification of overloaded element"
Fixed an issue on master templates where a PHP notice about "Indirect modification of overloaded element" would occur.
Testing notes
When upgrading to this version of DX8, it is recommended that you upgrade on a development environment, before upgrading a production website.
These are some recommended things to test:
- Navigate your site and check that you don't receive any PHP errors within the Drupal logs relating to "Indirect modification of overloaded element".
- When using DX8 sync to import colors that your imported colors appear both within the website settings color list and color picker.
Upgrade
It is recommended that you backup and upgrade your website on a development environment before applying to a production website.
