Can I personalize content in DX8?

Yes you personalize content within DX8 using the context module. Most DX8 elements have context visibility settings which allow you to apply a context. Find further information about content personalization here. 

There are also contributed modules such as request data conditions which provides further conditions that can be applied to your context.
